What makes a sconce set from Tennessee Wicks special?
We care about our products and how they are made. We use all natural safe wood from a local source. A 2010 study by the National Consumers League tested wooden pallets for pathogens and found 10 percent to contain E.coli and 2.9 percent to contain Listeria. We never want our customers to bring these types of pathogens into their homes so we never use pallet or "reclaimed" wood. We match our wood for grain and hue, then hand sand and stain our sconces in a natural coffee color. We use Made in the USA 16oz Ball mason jars and they are secured to the wood with rope.
The sconces measure 12 inches long and 6 inches wide and about 4 inches deep. They have a keyhole routed into the back for secure and flush wall hanging -NO FLIMSY SAW TOOTH HANGERS HERE!
