All item are shipped using USPS High Priority Mail, however, if you would like your order expedited, please contact Customer Service. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Tennessee Wicks we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not we do accept returns under the following conditions:
Request for a return must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Item must be returned using USPS services.
Please wrap the item securely for transit and return to:

Once the item is received and inspected for damage, a full refund will be issued.
Please note that candles are NOT RETURNABLE unless in unused, unopened condition.
Please note that your item is insured for shipping and if damaged in shipping, please provide photos, in many cases, we will not request that you return the item.
